Guarantees & Returns If you encounter any

and attach relevant photos to help expedite the resolution process.
1.
Order Cancellations i. Terminating standard and
online purchases will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the
invoice value. For custom orders and financed purchases, the cancellation fee
is 50% of the invoice value. This fee will be deducted from any refund due to
you, reflecting our reasonable costs. ii. If we are unable to deliver the goods
for any reason, any payments made will be refunded to you. iii. Please note
that due to health regulations, all soft furnishings (including sheets, pillows,
pillowcases, mattress toppers, etc.) are non-refundable unless defective. We
recommend making your selection carefully before purchasing.

Return Policy i. Our products come with
guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You
are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation
for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You also have the right to
have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality
standards and the failure is not a major one. ii. However, please choose wisely
as we do not offer refunds simply due to a change of mind or circumstances.

Product Warranties i. We offer the following
warranties against defects provided by suppliers: a. Timber: 1-year structural
warranty; b. Lounge: 1-year structural warranty on frames; 1-year warranty on
seating and mechanisms (mechanisms covered up to a 120 kg weight load only) and
1-year warranty on stitching/covering; c. Electric Recliners: 1-year warranty
on motors and mechanisms (mechanisms covered up to a 120 kg weight load only)
and 1-year warranty on lights, USB chargers, switches and Bluetooth devices.
All other goods sold by us are covered by manufacturers’ warranties (if
applicable). ii. Defects covered under our supplier warranties will be repaired
or replaced at our discretion (subject to your rights under the ACL) without
any cost to you for parts or direct repair labour. iii. Our supplier warranties
do not cover, and we are not liable for, any fading or other change in
colouration ("exposure"), any damage caused by general day-to-day
wear and tear ("general usage") or if the goods are used outside
their intended or ordinary use. All other warranties and our liability for any
loss or damage, whether direct or consequential, are expressly excluded. iv.
The rights provided by our supplier warranties are in addition to any rights
and remedies you may have under the ACL and other laws. To make a claim under
our supplier warranty, send an email to info@sahrabazaar.com. Subject to your
rights under the ACL, you are responsible for all costs associated with the
claim, including all freight and transport costs. You must be the original
purchaser and provide sufficient evidence of your proof of purchase to claim.
